Q: Aren’t all tomatoes the same?
A: Far from it. The tomatoes in our Yellow Barn Biodynamic® products are grown in the ideal conditions of Italy’s Po plain, under strict Biodynamic® practices that help maintain soil properties and ensure a consistently high-quality harvest. After ripening in the warm sun from May through September, they’re harvested just minutes from a farm-located production facility. From field to jar, the whole process takes only a few hours—our tomatoes are so fresh and sweet we never need to add any sugar.
