Are you a fan of chips? But are you looking for a more healthy alternative? Chips that have that salty taste you crave but are better for you? Well you are going to love the baked organic potato snacks (BOPS), from Good Boy Organics.
From Cara Nitz at "Your World: Healthy & Natural": Some of my favorite pasta sauces, from Good Boy Organics, are completely sugar-free, and they are crazy good. In fact, these Yellow Barn sauces are not only Non-GMO certified, Gluten Free, and completely organic, they exceed normal organic standards by also being certified biodynamic.
In sixth grade I won a countywide essay contest on nutrition. The prize was a crazy T-shirt that had a yellow Labrador retriever on it and said Be a Choosy Chewer. Hilarious and ridiculous right? But that little prize was probably part of what moved me to create healthy organic food for all of us. Who knew that in the future I would travel to 5 continents and 32 countries in search of certified organic food to bring to America. A little recognition goes a long way evidently.
We’ve met a lot of folks who want to buy the best for their family whenever possible, with some buying “organic” food and some buying “all-natural” food. What is the difference between organic and natural?
Feeding the soil (not the crops): Organic farming practices include techniques such as crop rotation, mulching, the use of compost, and cover cropping to build soil humus. This creates a soil full of nutrients, and beneficial insects and soil microbes. Healthy organic soil grows healthy plants without the use of chemicals. Conventional farming relies on the application of chemical fertilizers and herbicides to grow crops.
Genetically Modified Organisims are not proven safe. Good Boy Organics is 100% committed to sourcing certified organic and Non-GMO tested ingredients for all our products - no ifs ands or buts about it. Why? We’re concerned about the effects of GMOs on the environment and our bodies. Good Boys don’t test dangerous ingredients like GMOs on kids.
